The Chippewa County Road Commission has an immediate opening for an experienced County Highway Engineer to join their team in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan.
This position requires someone who enjoys incredible variety in their work and being out in the field. While there will be deskwork involved, this is a working position that is on-the-go and active. The ideal candidate has experience with public works and/or transportation and managing large projects that include bridge and road work. This position reports to the Road Commission Manager.
